Today because of these horrid pains I'm getting I decided enough was enough I decided to go private luckly I was fitted in this morning I had an echo done.
Sure I had one years ago and seemed a lot longer today the scan was about 5 mins I left feeling abit concerned cos the pain I'm getting is under breast and they never looked there. He said heart looked ok but wants to do an ct angio gram incase ive got any blockages. Has anyone had a angiogram before?

But if echo was clear, why expose yourself to more radiation and intravenous dose of iodine? Are you over 40, Anx Mum?

5 minutes is not enough for an echo. Where did you find this private consultant. Sounds like they want to make more money out of you to be honest.

I think you should talk to your doctor about it all and also get help for the anxiety as well.

So, was I right about you having an angiogram before?

You've been having 'heart worries' and 'tests' since you joined this forum nearly 10 years ago. I think you'd be wiser spending your money seeing a private psychiatrist or psychotherapist to deal with your ongoing HA.

Yes your right ive had anxiety issues ongoing since I was 17 on and off I have always been grateful for any replies. Its not been all plain sailing now I'm under a specialist cos I suffer with cluster headaches had them a year and a half been having nerve blocks in head. I guess what I'm saying a lot has been going on.
