Lumps on foot

Just found a row of pale soft lumps on side of foot just above heel on outside ? I have had tiny itchy spots coming in random places over past 3 weeks & been feeling very nauseas. I'm now freaking out that something serious is going on. What on earth could it be ? Help !!

I have those lumps too and I noticed my son does as well. I also noticed them on my sister in laws foot recently. Totally normal.

Thank you for replying. I was thinking it was connected to the itchy spots & nausea !
