Does anyone get cold and chilly (as opposed to hot and sweaty) when they're anxious?
I've noticed for a while that this seems to be the way my temperature goes, although I do also get hot flashes and sweats sometimes, normally more so with sudden panic. If the anxiety has been building and building, I'm more likely to feel chilly.
