Incontinence

Hi. Can anxiety cause urine incontinence? Quite often I would notice a wet patch in my underwear that turns out to be urine. I don't at the time notice it happens or feel the need to go.

I suppose it could. I mean if you think of our bodies going into fight or flight, it wants to make itself as light as possible in order to "run away" so often people have an urge to empty their bowel or bladder. Maybe that's what happening to you but without the urge x
