I'm fairly new here but wanted to share a resource I recently found online.
If you type 'The Anxiety Guy' into YouTube or Google you will find a range of videos and a website full of free resources (go to the resources section on the anxityexit website) to use.
The Anxiety Guy dealt with health anxiety for 6 years and is now a qualified coach. There are options to pay for support but I just use all the free stuff and the videos are endless!
