Hi everyone,
I've just started meds but I feel that I need to combine this with therapy. I've had CBT before which was helpful to a point (it was almost 20 years ago mind you!) But I feel that CBT is not going to get to the underlying causes of my pretty much life long anxiety so for me I would prefer to combine it with other talking therapies. I'm wondering how many of you have been in medium to long term therapy? Would it be viable to do this say twice a month? I simply can't afford weekly appointments at the moment.

I think you've got a good idea there. I think you should go for it. Do what you can, and supplement with self-help books.
