Hello. I am 1 month sober. :) not feeling the greatest but at least I'm not drinking anymore.
I've been having headaches and head rushes that make me feel light headed when I stand up. Of course my mind automatically goes to heart problem. My resting heart rate is always between 53-55. When I have a panic attack it goes up to 70-80 and after exercise it goes to 120. I am 36 years old.
I know logically I'm fine. Because when I medically detoxed the doctor gave me the once over and clean bill of health. But my anxiety voice is screaming at me. I can't find a quiet thought. I just wish I could focus on the positive and accept that these are just normal body feelings and they happen to everyone.
Health anxiety is the absolute worst. :,(
