Leaking breasts?

I wondered if anyone could help me and I'm sorry in advance for too much info
I was making my bed when I found a slightly tinged stain on my bed sheet where my breast would be, I have examined them and also tried to see if there's any discharge but nothing, it has concerned me as I'm worried it's nbeen leaking in the night. My youngest child is now 8 I'm not on any contraception as my husband has had a vasectomy n there's no chance I'm pregnant please can anyone help

If it was breast discharge it would have come out when you squeezed. Now I've been twice to the docs in the past year for discharge, and both times had a mammogram. They told me that squeezing will actually encourage harmless discharge and are more concerned if it comes off its own accord and if its blood stained.
