I'm 51 and the past year has been the worse with my health anxiety ... it seems that menopause has really affected me mentally more than psychically .... last year I worried about oral cancer because I developed this awful burning mouth syndrome that lasted all winter.... made me miserable because I couldn't eat anything .... then I started worrying about other small things .... this winter it's been an itchy left nipple (I've had this before and I think it's the cold weather that triggers it) it looks normal though... a few months ago I had less sensations in my nipples now they are oversensitive like a pregnant woman I'm sure it's all hormonal but the anxiety drives me nuts .... hot flashes disappeared over winter ... I'm sure they will be back by summer 😩 Other than that I feel ok ... a few aches and pains but nothing much ... what are your menopause symptoms ?
