Anyone shed some light on a buzzing body? My anxiety is under control but I have days where my body is buzzing for no reason. I am worried about going abroad with the family next week but other than that no anxiety to think about. Why does this happen? Usually in my arms and slightly shallow breathing. Mind racing a little too.
