Why can't I access the chat room?

I have been a member since 7/17/17. So it's been more than 10 days I have posted in the forum, and have no infractions. When I accept the chat terms, it brings me back to the requirements page for chat eligibility. Does anyone know why? Thanks a bunch.

I think you need a minimum of 5 posts to access the chat room - you currently have 3.

Not sure if rules have changed though.

Ask Admin. Due to the spambot they are restricting sign ups and maybe the chat room is affected?
