I'm heading to Scotland at 5am tomorrow morning alone and am panicking. Keep worrying about my stomach and how I'm gonna feel and if I'll need to rush to the toilet, if I'll cope in situations etc. Does anyone have any tips about going away alone or any coping strategies?
