My psychiatrist has suggested this may help & the leaflet isn't as scary as some. Just wanted some real life opinions on it. Did it make a difference to your health anxiety? Were any side effects mild? Completely strugged with medication but my anxiety is shooting through the roof with all sorts of physical symptoms, really need something. ....Grateful for any thoughts x
