Sensitive to light?

Hello, all. Good afternoon and happy Friday! :)

Can anxiety make your eyes sensitive to light? Or is it an eye problem? (I have eye strain: coming from me having my phone to close lol. Almost forgot to mention)

Fight ot flight increases the senses. This includes vision.

When I was a lot worse I found it hard to tolerate brighter sunlight and the lights in supermarkets. It goes away as you work on recovery.
