Sorry I keep posting my GAD is at an all time high at the moment and im not coping well.

So in a couple of weeks we are set to go to Butlins. Its a week designed for under 5's so perfect for my 3yo and 4mo but with these never ending terrorist attacks I am really frightened to go! Infact I only leave the house with use of beta blockers and get back home asap. That is more from fear of the 3yo misbehaving and the fact the 4mo always seems to start crying soon as I pull off in the car having to pull over several times for a 10min journey!

But how is everyone else coping with the fear of panic attacks etc.. and all this terrorist issues? How do you leave the house? Could you go on holiday?
I really am petrified. I have told my husband and he said as its a complex its less likely but we will have several plans in place. I think i need something much stronger than i have for this week away :(

Butlins is great for kids and adults , i took my brood every year to SKEGNESS BUTLINS . I think terrorist will give Butlins a miss, you cannot drive a car round Butlins and its a bit to low-class profile for those bearded Muppets
