burning in groin?

i have been experiencing pain and a burning stinging feeling where my inner thigh and groin meet. i have a nerve that is stuck in my hip on that side, could it be caused by this?

Yes definitely could be nerve related I compressed a nerve in my upper thigh last year and had this persistent burning, stinging sensation which felt deep inside the thigh which lasted for weeks try applying some ice to reduce any nerve swelling and inflammation.
