View Full Version : Weird taste in my mouth
So I have bad anxiety main symtom is depersonalization and once in a while I get this weird metal taste in my mouth I haven't got this in 5 months and my doctor and psychiatrist said it's nothing and the first thing I think of is brain tumour and they just laugh, should I worry ?
It's an anxiety symptom: metallic taste in mouth.
I pop in a mint or gum. So I don't focus on it. Eventually i forget about it.
Or over production of stomach acid, also anxiety related.
Should you be worried? We can't help it we have health anxiety. But we should try to accept the doctors answer and if they are not worried then work on believing them. :)
