Awkward..but feel like I pulled a muscle in left arm after burping?

Hi, all! Good and happy Sunday! Hope all is well.

A second ago, I had burped then after I get this pulled muscle feeling in my left arm, thinking it's something serious and hoping it's not. Is this normal? I haven't experienced nothing else after that.

I have had something similar to this on a few occasions, not when i've burped but when I have sneezed and coughed it feels like a pull all down my arm, always put it down to a nerve or something.

Oh, must be coming from gas then. It only happened once. I'm anxious that I might be having a heart attack. :weep:
