Sweaty after meals

Hi, what does this mean if you are sweaty after meals, even if you don't eat spicy food? I had this back when I was still a teenager, at the same time I consumed psych meds (anxiety, etc.). Now 4 months after psych meds free, I experience this again. Just for your information I had acid reflux, gallbladder tightness but by time I'm getting better at managing them.

Like always, searching it on the net gives me paranoid, eg. diabetes. I know this forum is the one that gives me relief; from real life experiences people have; the forum that is really supportive and positive that one can get from the internet, not that "symptom searching" crap like many of us usually like to do.

High protein meals raise body temperature. What types of meals?

Thanks for your answer! What if I eat doesn't contain protein? Do you have any experience? But I think now I don't sweat after meals as much as in my teen like I said before.
