Hello. I joined a few years ago but this is my first post. Suffer from health anxiety and panic disorder. mother to 3 beautiful children So glad I found this community as it can be isolating.

Thankyou both for such a lovely welcome. Health anxiety and panic in general can be very isolating.... so its good to know that I can come here.:)
