If your doc said it is then I am sure he is right.
Do you see the pattern you're following? You get reassurance for one questions and immediately seek more reassurance with another. Take your iron supplement, get treatment for your anxiety and you'll also be treating the physical side effects of both.

Yes also shortness of breath, tachycardia, exhaustion and craving unusual things like ice.
