Hello! George from Maine in the USA

Hi everyone

I am praying this site is what I have been missing. My name is George, I am 35, a male. I suffer from extreme GAD, depression (these two go hand in hand) plus some OCD (not real extreme) I am a very type A personality. I hope I can get the support and helping hands I need through this site with some great people.

I'm going to post my story in the general anxiety disorder forum.
