Tension from looking at phone?

It's like when I look down at my phone? The back of my head start squeezing a bit. Had added a little pressure and caused me to get nervous. Is this normal? And can a tension headache leaves your head tensed up?

Yup overworked muscles from looking down.

It was on the news a while back how people now are having a lot of headaches and it's all due to the way we are looking down at our phones. "Texting" syndrome or smartphone syndrome something silly like that is what they were calling it.

Take breaks long breaks to keep your neck and head from hurting. :)
