moved up mixed up

I finely rid my body of all the 8 meds i have trialed in this year and took it slow on Cymbalta 30mg for a few weeks, of course, i wasnt getting to much from 30mg but i wanted to rest my body, i finally took went up to 60mg and felt good for a few days but it seems to have took a bit of a dip , is this usual has your body juggles the med , i dont really want to go higher , advice needed please:shades:

Were you advised to up the dose to 60mg? Maybe 30mg would suit you better despite the "therapeutic dose" level?

I was getting nothing from 30mg, so 60MG in only natural to try, i am on the real cymbalta and it only comes in 30mg jumps , if i had been on generic then that comes in 20mg jumps but i dont want to mix meds,
