Went the doctors today for the lump I found near my shine and the achy feeling in my leg. The lump is a fatty tissue, he had no concern over that. And the achy feeling is probably the fact I broke my leg and ankle 9 years ago. I'm so stupid. Booked me onto some cbt in October and gave me some courses online that will hopefully help. Feel like an idiot. I feel tons better though I had no clue where to post this so sorry if it's in he wrong one.
Please anyone that is going through this and hasn't had any help or doesn't plan on doing so. Please just do it. I feel tons better talking to the doctor about my worries.
