Hey,
The last couple of days I've had a really tender spot in my throat on the left hand side, where you'd usually check your heart rate and I guess where my lymph nodes would be found. It's quite a sharp & tender pain but doesn't hurt when I swallow/talk/move my head. It only really hurts when I apply pressure and when I'm sat still it's like a dull annoying ache.
I've been super stressed and anxious lately and just upped my Sertraline intake from 50mg to 100mg and that's made my anxiety peak although no panic attacks.
I know stress can cause swelling of the lymph nodes, but I'm beginning to freak out a little thinking it's something more serious. Has anyone experienced this before??
Thank you.
