So I noticed that on my right knee when it's bent I have a hard bump. It's only there when my knee is bent, it's not on the other knee. It doesn't hurt but the fact that it's not on my other knee is stressing me out. I used to do dance and last year my knee got hit pretty hard where it hurt to walk for a week or so but I never broke it or anything. I'm now worried it's a bone tumor. Would that hurt? I'm afraid by now it's probably spread to my lungs because a year ago I saw something there but it seemed smaller.
