I've been so good with health anxiety recently, and I don't know why this one has taken over into total anxiety mode..
I've got a spot behind my ear. Maybe like a pea size? Or atleast it feels that big every time I check it (probably every 10 mins) I'm driving myself craxzzzzy.
It's hard and sore :(
In my head is.... Cancer, death, everything awful :( Anyone else had similar??
Any help greatly appreciated. On my work break freaking Out :(
