Stupid leg

Ok so I've got sciatica from a herniated disc in my back. This is after 3 months of worrying it was a blood clot. But today I owoke and the back of my calf is all red and hurting and the feared of a blood clot come rushing back! Don't know what to do!

Does your calf feel hot as well? I just know when I had a blood clot my leg was very warm.Maybe for peace of mind get it checked by a Doc.:)
