firstly, hello to everyone here. i am posting again here for the first time in a long while as last night i suffered my first panic attack since i got better a year ago.
its all because lately i am currently experiencing this strange umbalance where i feel like i am swaying, though no nausea/sickness/headache/etc to speak of. ithngs like a walk to far to the left or right, and i have trouble getting out of bed without falling back in. i am wondering if any of you have experience of this, as im quite frightened for what it could be.
although i am completely terrifled of doing so, do you think i should see a doctor?

thank you,

teacakes.

Hi Teacakes and welcome back:hugs:

It sounds to me like classic anx panic symptoms but if it will put your mind at rest then see the doc, it never hurts to get a proper opinion but im sure you have nothing to worry about!!!

I cant do hyperlinks but maybe someone that can could find a few old posts relating to this and put them up for you???

Take Care

Hi Teacakes. I had terrible dizziness which started at the same time as I statred a new med.

My GP gave me a script for a med calles Simetral and after two days of taking it the dizziness was gonel

It may help to look at the meds you are on and do go to the doctor as you shouldn' have to put up with this dizzines.
