Think ive got erythromelalgia

My feet and hands keep going red and hot then they cool down after 10 minutes or so, anyone else had this?

Also ive got extreme muscle aches today like ive been to the gym and ive done nothing, is this a common anxiety symptom legs and arms are aching so much

Where on earth did you find that condition? We have loads of muscles and blood vessels that keep us going...its all a fine balancing act and sometimes they even do silly things like dilate and contract just to worry us. What you describe sound normal to be honest.

I'm so paranoid lately and when I google hot burning hand and feet that condition seemed to fit, now I'm worried about Ms as I'm achinh all over!

Just because a condition "seems to fit" doesn't mean it fits.

Based on NMP posts, it means it almost certainly doesn't fit.
