Upper right side back pain, Nauseous, diarrhea

Hi there

Anyone had upper right side/back pain with nauseous and diarrhea

I feel horrible no appetite anyone think it sounds a bit like gallstones or liver probs?

I had a liver test and my alt was 91 should be in the 7-40 region, scanning my liver on Friday im worried sick

I've had this with a UTI. Definitely worth a visit to the doc if it doesn't go away in a day or two.
