I seem to be constantly thinking about the way my mind is thinking about anxiety to the point that it seems obsessive, the more I do it the more I panic, its like an endless loop that I cant break, I have been trying distraction but cant seem to concentrate at all, its always there.
is this normal with anxiety, just feel like I am going nuts.
