I am on holiday and as usual have the constant fears of falling ill however I have been getting a strange feeling lately of tightness in my back I can't really describe it but today it's so bad and I feel sick and my tummy is very swollen. This feeling is consuming me, I feel like I want to run away, I don't want to go to a doctor while abroad. What if it's my pancreas or liver 😱😱 someone please help me to calm down!!
