Hi
My name is Robin Hall. I am co-author of the CBT4Panic programme that is recommended here on nomorepanic

I just wanted to let everyone know that the programme will be available permanently FREE online from now on.

You can access all the CBT workbooks, 56 Videos and emergancy audios and Therapist/Patient Dialogues at the following URL

http://cbt4panic.org/

We desperately need your support to get the website out to as many people as possible. Please check it out and share with others who might benefit.

Thanks and I wish you well on your journey of recovery.
Robin

Hi Robin,

Your threads will be ploughed under and never seen by most within a short time on here days if on the HA board). Nic has some stickies about your programme so maybe they can update those to keep it up there?

Hi Terry
Thanks for pointing that out. I have written to Nic to see if she can update the stickies and place them above most of the forums. I don't think anyone will mind now that the programme is free.

CBT4Panic doesn't have an army of affiliate marketers promoting it like most of the 'anxiety products' so I am relying on word of mouth and people sharing the information

If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them. There's only so much I can do myself trying to get the programme out there - but I'll keep trying ;-)

Thanks again for the feedback
Robin

Maybe members (including Admin) could bump your threads - I would be happy to do so.

Hi KK
That would be great :-)

Any help is much appreciated
I dont want to bombarde the forum with posts about the programme but I'd hate it if someone didn't know there was a free CBT programme available at the click of a link

PS
Was just chatting with Nic and she said she would do some stickies

Stickies on every board isn't ideal. They already resist more stickies as there are calls for others too. But on boards like Therapy there aren't many at least. Adding more to HA with all the ones it already has might be a problem and it would be irrelevant to many boards on here anyway.

One other option is insert direct space for it so it shows as ads do. But I would add that this would be better if it wasn't biased to one product so that information on the others the NHS recommend is shown too. Depends if Nic wants to highlight this product more though.

All depends on screen space really.

Bumping something on the HA board would surely mean Admin backing out old bumps unless we want a massive meaningless thread eventually? It will also clutter up the view for those using the filters if on lots of boards won't it?

Hi, Old member here. I'm currently back and looking for the workbooks and worksheets from the CBT program that was available in this group around 2014/2015.
