So for the past two weeks I have had some seriously bad unrelenting anxiety, panic etc about brain tumours. I had a couple of really long 2-3 hour aura migraines, I then for over a week had numbness (not completely but lack of sensation) in my face, tingling warm or hot hands, my arms have felt weak and numb (same as fsce not completely) and I couldn't shift the brain tumour worry. Problem is now I seem to have calmed down a bit the last couple days and the numbness in arms, face, hands had more or less gone i feel exhausted. I can barely even walk without wanting too drop down into bed and just sleep. I feel weak in my arms. Almost that strange slightly nice achy feel you get after being at the gym the previous day in my arms and legs. And I feel generally poorly all of a sudden? Have I got something seriously wrong with my physically or am I just completely run down due to anxiety.
