Lightheaded/DP|DR Looking for comfort

Just looking for comfort to know I'm not alone here.

Daily I feel faint and dreamy. It's worse when I'm anxious and clearer when I'm in a good mood. I'm not dizzy, just feel super faded. Never fainted though.

Anyone had this and beat it?

Felt this non stop for a year and a half, 5 years ago..went away for 3 years and now again recently. Just gotta keep reminding yourself that it’s nothibg to worry about.
