I've had this short of breath symptom for a whole year now, i have it 24/7 its worse when I walk or do exercise or move because as soon as I do any of those things my heart flutters then I get dizzy and feel faint and have a panic attack.
I'm left house bound because I fear I will collapse because I can't take a deep breath as it's worse when I'm moving.
If I walk somewhere and sit down my heart flutters, when I do any movement I get really hot and feel like I'm suffocating. If I walk in to somewhere with heating on then I feel even worse. I feel like I'm dying all the time.
I've been to the drs who just put it down to anxiety, but haven't had any tests other than oxygen levels and blood test for thyroid and iron which have come back fine. Does anyone else get these symptoms or feel like this?
