This morning when I got out of bed I couldn't stand up properly I was so dizzy, off balance and nauseous. This triggered a huge panic attack which made all of the above symptoms ten times worse!
Since moving to a hot, dry country I've had some sinus problems, then the flu caused a sinus infection for which I was given antibiotics. Two weeks later the symptoms persist. Pain in jaw, teeth, cheek, and some nausea and dizziness.
But this morning was the worst.
Any advice or suggestions/ home remedies?
Anyone else experience this wobbly head feeling?

Doesn't anyone else panic about sinus issues?
Terrified to go to bed tonight in case I wake up with the same symptoms tomorrow.
The dizziness and nausea have worn off but the facial pain remains.
Really don't know if I should head back to the doc for more anti biotics.
