Poisoning?

So, I helped clear the kitchen after tea (chicken had been cooked) and I put things in the dishwasher which may have had chicken residue on them, then I forgot to wash my hands, got a spoon out of the draw and ate pudding!! What if I touched the top of the spoon (I might have done I can't remember because I got multiple spoons out) with chicken hands and then ate... Am I going to get ill? I'm emetophobic and terrified of vomiting

The chicken was cooked so there is nothing to worry about.
