Freaked out! Both my shoulders and upper arms were sore when I got up & stil late and my fingers in both hands fell all weird and tingly! Anyone ever had this? Could it be from sleeping funny

Yea sounds like a pinched nerve. Take an anti inflammatory and get someone to rub it and see if it helps ^^
