Does anyone suddenly come over really dizzy and feel like the room is spinning without warning? Is it a symptom of anxiety? I do have panic attacks, often when I don't expect anything because I'm not consciously worrying or anything...but I'll suddenly start feeling hot and my HR will increase quite dramatically! I was just lying on my bed and felt all dizzy and still feel a bit funny now..
