Stupid pins and needles

I keep getting horrible annoying pins and needles in both my arms and hands. My backs killing me from sciatic nerve it's awful it's putting me on edge. I feel ok one minuite then the next I'm worried I'm going to have a heart attack becise my arms are tingling

I have a pinched nerve in my arm and I get pins and needles as well. It's just a pinched nerve. Hope you feel better!

i get this too from time to time, my posture is not the best so i know it comes from that, i too get alot of upper back pain, heaviness and achy feeling in both arms, with chest discomfort :(
