Do you ever get this?

Hello everyone, just a quick question :) i have been getting this strange sensation in the center part of my chest, it feels like i have stopped breathing for like 2 seconds then i start again, very strange kind of like the center of my chest sizes up, does anyone ever experience this?

Sounds like spasms in the chest wall. Super common, especially if your stress levels are elevated.

thanks goblin! i think it might be, its just strange because i do not feel anxious and it has been happening when im laying down in bed.
