Ear fullness and ringing ears

My ears feel full all of a sudden and they are ringing.
I'm very scared . I can't take this fear :(( I'm

Probably fluid build up, i have always had the ringing in my ears and so has my dad. it could be because of fluid build up which would explain the pressure or you could have tininitus sorry if i mispelled that. if it doesnt clear up go see the doc incase you need antibiotics to help clear it up.
