I can move my neck but it hurts and I just started feeling quite nauseous after riding in a car. Wondering and worried that it could be meningitis

Not likely. I had menegitus as a child granted I don't remember a bit of it. My mother stated I had a really bad headache and a really high fever. So I'm pretty sure you don't.
