I get a lot of PVCs (up to 20,000 per day when it's bad). I've been tested by cardio multiple times and seen an arrhythmia specialist--- and they were ruled benign. Still I'm sure I am going to die when they are this bad. I'm really struggling right now. They won't let up, and I've had a bad string of them for the past couple weeks. Every 2-7 seconds. I'm also getting episodes of feeling lightheaded which is new. I'm under an incredible amount of stress (basically about to get divorced), and I just don't know how to help myself since I can't escape the stress.

I wish I had an Ativan to take but don't have any. I just need support I guess. Flipping out!

Hey there, just thought I'd let you know, I'm getting this exact problem as we speak, I get them every 3rd beat, for hour and hours on end, I've been having them like that for about 3/4 weeks now, but have had them for 15years, it's hard to switch off too them, they can make me feel very very lightheaded, they can sometimes take my breath away, and get a weird sensation in the tight hand side of my chest x

I'm so sorry you get them too. Do they freak you out or do you just tell yourself they are benign?

I get these ALL The time!! I hate them. They basically caused me to have more anxiety. The only thing that gets rid of them for me is Xanax and deep breathing. If you don't have any of those, it might be a good idea to do some mediation so that you can distract yourself. It's a vicious cycle :(

I really really hate them, the scare me so much, I think they cause a lot of my anxiety, do either of you get them like every 3rd or 4th beat for hours on end?, I sometimes get them after every beat, there the worst ones, do you get a fast pulse with your aswell and how do you cope at bedtimes with them?

I am currently going through a bout of these. I've been very stressed lately and it stresses me more to get these. I have never counted how many. But mine are not as frequent as yours . I've been told so many times they are benign but they still scare me. I'm going to try deep breathing to see if it helps.
