Mindfulness cds??

Hi,

Can anybody recommend a good mindfulness cd? It would be good to know I would be getting one that could help with anxiety.

I really want to give this a go, it sounds promising!!!

I used to do mindfulness and have got worse since stopping it......
it truely is the only good thing for us anxiety sufferers.

I notised that u can download them online like you can music but I dont know if its illegal or not ? worth a look.

If it's available for download from the internet it's likely to be legal. I'd be interested to know what mp3 you're talking about mirry? I'm really interested in mindfulness and given the amount of anticipatory anxiety I suffer from it's really useful.

Jo- If you google mindfulness downloads there are a few available, this one for example but I dont know how good it is!

I'm also downloading another one that doesnt look so legal at the moment but it's taking forever!

I've also seen a few cds to buy on amazon so I'll get one of those later.

Ive spent so much money on so called cures for anxiety, would be nice to not have to spend anymore .

I suppose it depends on which way you look at it about it being legal...

But be careful if you do!

Ive ordered a cd from amazon now so I can always transfer it via msn to you or email it to you if its not too large to send via email.
