Burning sensations in skin

Hi anyone had burning skin as a anxiety symptom ive got a burning sensation over my right hand near my fingers and over my knuckles!

I'm also getting a slight burning feeling just over my lip!

All the time. I woke up with a panic attack so bad once i thought my whole arm was on fire. Anxiety does strange and terrible things sometimes but know you are not alone.

Yep, for me it's almost like a stinging sensation. It will occur in random places and my skin is so sensitive to touch, it hurts
