Because one of the main physical symptoms of my anxiety is nausea, I find it extremely hard to eat anything when I'm out with friends/family etc. due to the fact that I feel like throwing up!
Does anyone else suffer from this? Any tips on how to deal with it? It's really embarrassing when out on dates because I can't even drink coffee without feeling queasy :weep:
